PM Shahbaz Sharif Inaugurates the Blue, Green line Metrobus Services in Islamabad, Rawalpindi. 

• PM Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif inaugurated the Blue Line & Green Line metro bus services in Islamabad, calling the move a major relief for passengers in the twin cities dealing with high fuel prices.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, the PM described the service as a gift to the residents of the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, which will cater to the common man, students and street laborers.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif directed all orders to complete all the relevant facilities of this project as soon as possible.

Blue line metro bus Islamabad 2022  

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also laid the foundation stone of Metro Bus Service Station and Control Center Command.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif appreciated the efforts of Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and said that the steps he has taken to improve the Islamabad Police and their families are really commendable.

On this occasion, Shahbaz Sharif peacefully announced free service for one month keeping in view the convenience of passengers in blue and green metro bus.

Blue line metro bus will run from Koral chowk to PIMS hospital Islamabad. The 20 kilometers route will have 13 stations.

Green line metro bus will run from Bhara Kahu area to PIMS hospital Islamabad. The 15.5 kilometers route will have 8 stations.

Addressing the function, the CDA chairman said that the journey to 13 stations within 20 km is only 6 minutes.
